What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use our contact form, you give us your name, your email address, optionally your company or store URL, and your message. Enquiries an AI agent sends on your behalf through our MCP or WebMCP tools contain the same fields.
• Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address. Sign-ups arrive in our inbox like any other email, and we keep the mailing list ourselves.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

How we use it

We use enquiries and emails to reply to you, to discuss and provide the work you asked about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address only to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any issue or emailing us, and we will remove you from the list.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from automated bots; it is not used to follow you across other websites.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only so they can provide that service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and delivers contact-form messages and newsletter sign-ups to our inbox.
• Google LLC provides the email inbox where enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and emails arrive.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages and newsletter sign-ups are not stored on this website: they are delivered by email and kept in our inbox. We keep newsletter subscribers on our list until they unsubscribe. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you, to do work you hired us for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Security

This site is served only over HTTPS, and access to our inbox is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
