Developed and delivered a B2C eCommerce platform for an independent luxury fashion brand specializing in women's clothing and headwear. • Top of the Black Diamond abandoned-cart email: the logo, then a skier in a turquoise jacket holding a ski towards the camera inside a black frame, under the headline "Hast du nicht etwas vergessen?".

Lifecycle emails and sign-up pop-ups for Black Diamond

Designed by Victoria, our Creative Director, for Black Diamond's European store: an abandoned-cart email, a win-back email and two newsletter sign-up pop-ups. One visual language runs through all four, with framed mountain photography, heavy condensed headlines and the same orange call to action, so the brand reads the same in an inbox as it does over a product page.

  • Top of a food.de newsletter email: the lime-green header with the logo and the departments Essen, Getränke and Drogerie, above photographs of vegetables and fruit cut into diamonds around a yellow diamond reading "So macht einkaufen wieder Spaß".

    Newsletter emails and a sign-up pop-up for food.de

Designed by Victoria, our Creative Director, for food.de, a German online supermarket: four newsletter emails, two modules for a basket-reminder email and a newsletter sign-up pop-up. Each email is built around a reason to order groceries online, from freshness and direct delivery to a free first delivery.

Which platforms do you specialize in?

Shopify is our core focus, especially for direct-to-consumer brands; migrations, custom builds, and ongoing support. We also work with Magento and headless setups built on Next.js for stores that need custom engineering beyond the platform.

How do you handle project management and communication?

We believe in radical transparency. Every project has a dedicated lead, and we use tools like Slack, Jira, and weekly syncs to keep you updated. Our process is iterative, with feedback built into every milestone.

Can you provide ongoing support after launch?

Absolutely. We offer tailored maintenance packages that include monitoring, security updates, and performance optimization, so your store keeps running smoothly as you grow.

Do you offer custom integration services?

Yes, integrations are a big part of what we do. Whether it's connecting Shopify to your PIM, syncing Klaviyo with your product data, or linking a legacy system through an API, we make sure everything talks to each other.

What is your typical project timeline?

Timelines vary with complexity, but a typical Shopify or Magento build takes 6 to 12 weeks, and larger custom platforms can run 3 to 6 months. We start with a discovery phase to give you an accurate estimate upfront.
