Storefronts and direct-to-consumer journeys we have built. Each project links to its full write-up, which also says what has not been cleared for publication.

E-commerce store for luxury fashion brand

Developed and delivered a B2C eCommerce platform for an independent luxury fashion brand specializing in women's clothing and headwear. The solution was built on Magento 2, with parallel Shopify experience considerations for DTC workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and refined brand presentation.

How the work runs

Four phases, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Discovery

We audit the store you have, theme, app stack, product data and current Core Web Vitals, and come back with a scope and a fixed estimate. On a migration this is where the URL inventory and redirect map get built, before anyone touches code.

  2. Build

Work happens in two-week increments against a staging store you can open at any time. You review real pages rather than screenshots, and feedback goes into the next increment instead of a punch list at the end.

  3. Launch

Launch is rehearsed on staging first: DNS, redirects, analytics, email flows, and a crawl of the old URL set against the new one to catch whatever the map missed. We stay on the store through the first week of live traffic.

  4. Support

After launch you can keep us on a maintenance retainer, monitoring, security and platform updates, and a monthly pass over performance and search coverage, or take the store in-house with the documentation to run it.
