The two lifecycle emails

Abandoned cart Opens on “Hast du nicht etwas vergessen?” (“Didn’t you forget something?”), shows the two items still in the basket with their prices and one button back to it, then three suggestions under “Das könnte dir auch gefallen” (“You might also like”).
Win-back For customers who have gone quiet: “Es ist Zeit, mal wieder neue Wege zu entdecken!” (“It’s time to discover new paths again!”), three photo tiles into the climbing, ski and trail ranges, and four new products.
Newsletter sign-up pop-ups
Two versions of the same sign-up, shown over a product page the way a shopper meets them. Both ask for a first name and an email address, with a consent box and an orange button.

Story-led version Opens with a climber’s account of the last 300 metres to a summit, set over a photograph of two climbers below an alpine peak, and offers more travel stories and photographs in the newsletter.
Benefit-led version Leads with what a subscriber gets instead: “Du möchtest von exklusiven Angeboten, spannenden Gewinnspielen und inspirierenden Reiseberichten immer als Erstes erfahren?” (“Want to be first to hear about exclusive offers, competitions and travel stories?”), beside a night hike lit by a headlamp.
